A leading UK infrastructure company is seeking a Senior Site Agent to oversee construction operations in Milton Keynes. EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high‑speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.
We are seeking to recruit a Senior Site Agent in the Chipping Warden area to join our portal building team.
As a Senior Site Agent, you will need to assist with the construction strategy, including kick‑off meetings, pre‑commencement documentation such as Method Statements, Environmental and Quality Plans, Construction programmes, procurement and design deliverable schedules.
This position will need to liaise with the Agent, Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works to carry out the activities to the required standards, programme and budget. You will also manage the site engineering team and be responsible for its performance and development.
The Senior Agent will coordinate construction operations, ensuring they conform to the contract requirements. The role is integral to maintaining a high level of safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) and will manage the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations and cost control.
