ABOUT JOB

We are a small, experienced team with high standards, seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant .

This position may be full-time or part-time (approximately 20–30 hours/week) . We are open to flexible scheduling for the right person and recognize that great candidates often balance work with family and other commitments.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the owner to support daily operations and priorities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
  • Maintain scheduling, documentation, and internal systems
  • Take an active role in social media and marketing communications
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging reflect company standards
Social Media & Marketing

This role includes hands‑on involvement with social media and marketing. We are looking for someone who understands brand consistency, can write clearly, and exercises sound judgment in how the business is represented publicly.
