Senior Account Manager – Gym, Pool & Spa Services

Location: Shepperton, London (with client visits across London)
Salary: £42,000 basic, £60,000 OTE
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are a leading provider of gym, pool, and spa servicing and are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships across London.

The Role
  • Lead and nurture relationships with high-value clients in the leisure sector
  • Oversee contract renewals, invoicing, and account profitability
  • Handle escalations and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs
  • Mentor and support Account Managers to maintain high standards
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to new business proposals
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, ideally in facilities, leisure, or technical services
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and financial skills
  • Confident in handling escalations and leading client reviews
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive account growth
