We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our fast-growing Commercial team and take ownership of some of our most strategic shipper partnerships. This role is about more than relationship management; it’s about shaping the way HIVED delivers value to its partners and helping scale our network sustainably.
You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise level shipper clients, ensuring we exceed expectations on performance, service, and innovation. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Data to drive delivery excellence, retention and profitability of accounts, identify growth opportunities, and evolve how we strengthen and collaborate with our partners.
