Details

Location: Based at Bourne Education Trust’s central office located in Jubilee High School, Addlestone however, frequent travel to schools across all regions will be required

Contract: Term time plus two weeks, permanent (36 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum)

Key responsibilities include:

  • To provide SEND outreach across all Trust schools.
  • To work directly with staff to support the implementation of effective SEND interventions and adaptations.
  • To provide advice and guidance on appropriate resources, programmes and approaches to support pupils with a range of SEND.

Requirements include:

  • Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of pupils.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with a range of SEND needs.
  • Experience of working within or supporting specialist provision in mainstream settings or specialist schools.
  • Qualified Teacher Status or relevant professional qualification in SEND/inclusion (we will also consider applications from experienced HLTAs).
