What will you be doing:
  • Acting as a liaison between the parents and staff for the individual child after their day at the setting.
  • Keeping the child supported and comfortable in their day at the setting and ensuring their activities are suitable and age appropriate for them.
  • Ensuring that appropriate Individual Education Plans are in place.
  • Ensuring that relevant background information about the child with special educational needs or disabilities is collected, recorded, and updated.
  • Keeping up to date with initiatives and best practice.
  • Gaining all appropriate training to support you.
