A specialist educational institution in Ledbury is seeking an outstanding SEN Teacher to join their teaching team. The successful candidate will support young people with autism and various complex needs. Applicants must hold UK QTS and possess significant classroom experience. This role promises ongoing training and career development within a supportive environment, focusing on helping children thrive in their education.
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and committed teacher who will expand the learning experiences of our pupils. The successful candidate will be teaching and supporting our young people who may have autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD and associated complex needs.
You will hold UK QTS, be experienced teaching the Primary Curriculum, and be comfortable teaching students that are in early KS3.
Queenswood School in Ledbury, Herefordshire. Situated in a peaceful rural setting, we are an independent, specialist school providing education and care services to children and young people aged 11-19 years, with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties and a range of additional needs. This includes attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), attachment disorder, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), pathological demand avoidance (PDA), moderate learning difficulties (MLD), specific learning difficulties (SpLd) and an autistic spectrum condition (ASC).
