A dedicated educational support organization is seeking an SEN Education and Engagement Specialist to work with students in Oxfordshire. The role involves personalized, creative educational sessions tailored to the needs of young people with SEND. Candidates should have experience in supporting SEN/SEMH needs, along with strong de-escalation and behavior management skills. This position offers flexible working hours, with compensation ranging from £25 to £35 per hour, along with travel subsidies and support from a dedicated team.
