A multi-academy trust based in Addlestone is seeking a SEMH Outreach Practitioner to support Social, Emotional and Mental Health interventions across schools. This role involves collaboration with staff to implement effective strategies and provide resources for pupils with SEMH needs. We are seeking a SEMH Outreach Practitioner to join our team at Bourne Education Trust.

Position: SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Outreach Practitioner
Location: Based at Bourne Education Trust’s central office located in Jubilee High School, Addlestone; frequent travel to schools across all regions will be required
Contract: Term time plus two weeks, permanent (36 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum)
