Overview

Molton Brown is seeking dedicated individuals to join as temporary Seasonal Sales Consultants in our Exeter store from November through December 2025. This role is suitable for those with a passion for luxury and strong customer service experience. Multiple part-time opportunities are available.

Key dates include December peak periods such as Christmas Eve and Boxing Day. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and engaging customers with our signature experiences.

What You Will Do
  • Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers
  • Use a personalized selling approach to manage the customer journey from start to finish
  • Deliver sensorical experiences through services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages
  • Assist the team with general store tasks including stock management, cleaning and replenishment
