Role Profile

We have an exciting vacancy for a Scientific Director for an established account that covers both publications and medical affairs, working on several approved haematology products for a leading global pharmaceutical client. With key therapy area knowledge including haematology/oncology, your experience writing, developing and reviewing related content within a Healthcare/Medical Communications setting will be a critical success factor.

You will be the scientific lead of an existing team and will use your medical communications expertise to work closely with colleagues and clients as a trusted medical communications professional. The team supports all types of scientific publications (including data manuscripts, review articles, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations) as well as key medical affairs projects such as core slide decks, scientific narratives, congress symposia, and standalone meetings. Additionally, you will be responsible for line management, mentorship, and reviewing work of junior team members to ensure the highest standards are met throughout.

Responsibilities

You will be confident in your decision‑making abilities and highly knowledgeable about medical communications, together with a commitment to quality.
