School Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Blair Therapies is hiring! We are currently seeking a Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide school‑based services for a Blair County public school district beginning in the 2025-2026 academic year. This position is full‑time; however, part‑time candidates will be considered, depending on the candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district requirements.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely documentation and reports.
• Implement evidence‑based interventions and tailor goals to meet each student’s individual needs.
• Maintain clear and organized records, complying with school district and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification (Instructional I or Educational Specialist).
• PA State Licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology (or eligibility).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in pediatrics or school‑based settings a plus.

Job Details
