A not-for-profit housing association seeks a Scheme Manager to support elderly residents by completing wellbeing checks and reports. The successful candidate will manage tenant sign-ups, conduct compliance testing, and deal with low-level anti-social behavior. Candidates must have a good understanding of older people’s needs and effective communication skills. The position offers a salary of £18,946 per annum, benefits including annual leave, and a diverse working environment.

The full‑time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week, rising to £26,159 after 12 months of service and subject to satisfactory performance.
