A major UK construction company is seeking a candidate to plan operational activities and ensure effective communication among various teams. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, have experience in fast-paced environments, and possess a customer-oriented mindset. The role includes monitoring work outputs and serving as the first point of contact for operational issues. Work orders rely on being planned successfully and this is your opportunity to be there at the beginning, to map out what needs to be achieved.
You’ll communicate with various colleagues and customers, to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly defined.
These requirements will then need to be translated into accurate and concise work instructions for our operational teams.
Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, where you have assessed and made quick decisions.
Highly developed organisational and communication skills and an enjoyment of dealing with lots of different people.
Computer literacy and being customer oriented are a pre-requisite.
