Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Weston-Super-Mare is seeking a full-time Work Scheduler / Admin Assistant to manage inspections and provide administrative support. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in data management, and a willingness to be part of a friendly team. The ideal candidate will benefit from 20 days holidays and pension scheme after 3 months. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work accurately and consistently.
  • Some knowledge of the motor insurance claims process is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange vehicle inspections for the team of engineers.
  • Monitor the progress of inspections with field engineers.
  • Enter data into back office systems and keep them updated.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing emails.
  • Provide admin support to field engineers.
