The Times is seeking a Saturday news editor to join our newsroom. The role reports into the Associate Editor and Head of News and takes responsibility for the home news agenda for the Saturday edition. It involves creative commissioning, pitching to the editor and a digital-first mindset.
You must have newsroom experience as a news editor or senior reporter and know how to meet tight deadlines under pressure. You will have a passion for news and the skill to spot stories others miss.
