We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Max Mara Flagship Store in London.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, strongly goal-oriented professional with several years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager within fashion and/or luxury companies, preferably in a structured retail organization.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales in line with company standards by guiding, motivating, and supporting the professional growth of the on‑floor team. They will ensure that staff allocation is effective and aligned with store traffic and commercial objectives.
