As we continue expanding across Europe, we are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to accelerate our regional growth and strengthen Evoto’s presence in key markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and target‑driven Sales Manager based in the UK or Germany to lead sales activities across Europe. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for sales, excels at building customer relationships, and thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to closing deals and nurturing long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through assigned leads and proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using structured follow‑up and CRM tools.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate Evoto’s products/services using persuasive communication and strong value propositions.
Client & Prospect Relationship Management
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to support future sales, renewals, upsells, and referrals.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support regional campaigns and customer onboarding.
  • Represent Evoto at trade shows, workshops, conferences, and industry events in Europe.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations for different audiences.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Interest in the AI, photography, or creative technology industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; German proficiency is strongly preferred for Germany‑based candidates.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe for customer meetings and events.
Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
