Cars2 is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our brand new Renault Wakefield site - one of the largest Renault dealerships in the UK!!

About the Role:

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Driving sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Implementing effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maximising all profit opportunities for the business.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • A full UK driving licence.
