As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s sales operations. You’ll lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service, drive revenue, and ensure the store’s overall success. Your role will be key in maintaining high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and profitability by monitoring performance against targets and implementing strategies to improve results.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to inform decision‐making and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to optimise product displays and promotions.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished to meet customer demand.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
