As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that the excellent customer service we provide is offered consistently and that the needs of our customers are listened to and delivered upon in the most professional and enthusiastic manner possible. From initial enquiry right through to customer delivery, you will be the point of contact for our customer, keeping them up to date and following up in line with the sales process.
While continually offering an outstanding level of service, you will ensure that you are achieving your targets and penetrating opportunities in used vehicle sales, finance, insurance, Lifeshine & accessories.
Starting salary up to £50,000 OTE (including £24,000 basic plus commission, uncapped), increasing with experience.
Ideally you will be an experienced car sales executive with a proven sales record and understanding of value-added products.
However, we will consider candidates with at least one year of customer service or sales experience gained in a retail environment, such as furniture, electronics, or mobile phone sales. You should have experience selling furniture, electronics, or mobile phones in a retail setting. Excellent IT skills are essential to carry out the necessary administration within this role. The ability to follow process accurately is essential to be successful in this role. You must also hold a clean valid driving licence.
