This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 – £30,000 plus uncapped commission, with first-year earnings realistically estimated at £55,000 – £65,000. With significant growth in the U.S. market, we are expanding our Bristol team to develop the next generation of international event sales leaders.
As an Event Sales Executive, you will:
Identify and research high-potential companies across the U.S.
Contact business owners and decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Pitch and sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities for our U.S. events
Manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact to close
Meet and exceed individual KPIs to fast-track your career progression
Gain full exposure to the sales and delivery process of international exhibitions
Progress into leadership or transition to a U.S.-based role depending on performance
You do not need previous sales experience — we provide full training. What matters most is attitude and ambition.
