Location: Bristol (Office-Based)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 base + uncapped commission
First-Year OTE: £55,000 – £65,000
Top Performers: £70,000 – £100,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 11:00pm (U.S. market hours)

The Role

As an Event Sales Executive, you will:

  • Identify and research high-potential companies across the U.S.

  • Contact business owners and decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Pitch and sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities for our U.S. events

  • Manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact to close

  • Meet and exceed individual KPIs to fast-track your career progression

  • Gain full exposure to the sales and delivery process of international exhibitions

  • Progress into leadership or transition to a U.S.-based role depending on performance
