You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.**Day-to-day, you will:**• **Prospecting and Target Achievement** - Identify and qualify potential prospects through both outbound and inbound channels, whilst achieving personal KPIs and contributing to wider sales team targets• **Revenue Generation and Growth** - Drive new revenue within the existing customer base through group expansions and referrals, whilst maintaining awareness of emerging markets and competitive positioning• **Sales Performance Management** - Review personal sales performance regularly and provide accurate monthly target commitments to support strategic planning and forecasting• **Strategic Sales Support** - Assist the Head of Sales and Sales Team Leads with implementing sales strategy and staying informed about new products, market shifts, and competitive pricing• **Team Collaboration and Development** - Work collaboratively to build trust and respect within the team, share improvement ideas, and support ongoing training initiatives for both personal and team development• **Administrative Compliance** - Ensure effective completion of all administration, maintain proficiency with CRM and sales software tools, and adhere to departmental SOPs and company policies**Your skills and experiences might also include:** * Experience in a SaaS Sales role* Operations experience at a manager level in the hospitality industry, preferably in the F&B sector, is desirable* Experience using front of house hospitality software* Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeThe Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
