The Role

We\u2019re hiring two exceptionally target driven Sales Executives to drive revenue and scale accounts. You\u2019ll be fully responsible for growing and managing your own portfolio, working with high-value clients, and closing profitable deals. If you\u2019re a closer, a hunter, a client advisor who can turn objections into opportunities, and you know how to sell premium - this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of B2B trade clients in the diamond and jewellery market
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, cold calling, client visits, trade events networking, and deep account management
  • Spot margin opportunities and negotiate like a pro - we reward commercial thinking
  • Build trust and loyalty with long-term clients who value expert service and advice
  • Strategically grow your portfolio: bring in new business, retain existing accounts, and upgrade order values
  • Coordinate internally with sourcing, operations, and logistics to deliver an exceptional client experience
