The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll drive new business by expanding Brand Your’s client base across existing and new markets. This is an individual contributor role with clear revenue targets, and you’ll also help shape and improve our sales processes to support scalable growth.

Who You Are
  • 1‑3 years of sales experience (fast‑scaling business, hospitality/F&B, or B2B ideal)
  • Proven success in prospecting, pitching and closing
  • Comfortable running your own pipeline and working autonomously
  • Loves being out in the field, meeting clients and building relationships
  • Excellent communicator and presenter
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
  • Organised, proactive and target‑driven
  • A natural networker with a passion for hospitality, food, drink and creative brand environments
What the Job Involves
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business across hospitality, food & drink, and retail
  • Spend 1–2 days/week in the field: client visits, discovery meetings and industry events
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across outbound + marketing‑generated leads
  • Run engaging in‑person and online sales meetings
  • Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with our Sales Manager on outreach strategies and sales materials
  • Share market insights with Marketing and Leadership
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly new business targets
