A leading personal care product manufacturer in London is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage retail relationships and drive sales across pharmacies. You will be responsible for building strong connections with partners, providing training on brand standards, and developing sales strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in the beauty/skincare field and excellent communication skills. This full-time role may occasionally involve travel across the UK.

We use potent botanicals and our skin expertise to deliver highly sensorial skincare with clinically proven results, health‑improving supplements, and cruelty‑free makeup.
Manufactured in our own facility in West London, our products are available in over 40 countries in selective channels, from department stores, beauty stores, pharmacies and online retailers, to clinics and luxury spas.

The role will entail you overseeing the performance of existing pharmacies, and retailers across London and the South, and for researching, presenting and winning New Business accounts in line with the company Brand Standards and set objectives. You will report to the UKI Sales Director.
We are looking for someone to drive sales and educate our retail partners on The Organic Pharmacy brand and product ranges. This role will rely heavily on your ability to build relationships with our customers and find ways to develop sell‑in, sell‑out, and loyalty through brand and new product presentations, training, visual merchandising, and occasionally shop floor animations.
The role is primarily based in London. You may occasionally be asked to work weekends to support at events. The role may occasionally require travel across the UK, which could involve overnight stays.
