Location: Shrewsbury (Must be within 40 miles of HQ)

We’re Shropshire Trading Ltd, a purpose‑led, B Corp‑certified business working at the sharp end of the UK’s discount retail market. We help some of Europe’s best‑known FMCG brands move residual stock into the UK's top value retailers. We do it with energy, integrity and a lot of heart.

After 6 years of hands‑on growth, our MD is ready to step back from day‑to‑day operations to spend more time working on the business (rather than in the business). We’re looking for a Commercial Director who can lead our high‑performing team, fuel growth and inject new energy into our journey.

  • You must live within 40 miles of Shrewsbury (this isn’t a remote role).
  • You need to love the thrill of new business and the power of great relationships.
  • You’ve probably managed a team before, but we’re open to a rising star who’s ready for their first commercial director role if they bring the hunger and capability.
