Sales Development Representative (Inbound & Outbound)

Base pay range: OTE £40,000‑£45,000 (competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure). This full‑time role is based in our Ancoats office, Manchester.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify and triage inbound leads and identify new outbound opportunities across multiple sales channels.
  • Schedule discovery meetings with account executives while ensuring a stellar first impression and exceptional customer service.
  • Receive formal and on‑the‑job training in sales and commercial law to accurately assess the legal and commercial challenges UK businesses face.
  • Generate a steady pipeline through outreach activities; high performers consistently unlock additional earnings through networks, referrals and outbound initiatives.
  • Achieve clear targets and contribute to the growth team’s success.
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous B2B sales experience: 1+ year in an SDR or BDR role within a professional environment.
  • Passionate about sales, hungry to win and eager to exceed targets.
  • Personable, resilient, a culture champion who brings a friendly, warm, professional demeanour and bounces back quickly from missteps.
  • Fast learner and strong communicator who picks up new technology, systems, processes and concepts quickly while instilling confidence and credibility.
