PharosIQ, a recognised market leader in Account Based Marketing, is expanding and seeking ambitious individuals to join as a Sales Development Representative. You will support global tech brands such as Dell, IBM, Cisco, and HP by generating B2B lead generation.
Outbound B2B Lead Generation – contacting businesses on behalf of our clients to set sales appointments. Ideal for target‑driven, money‑motivated individuals. Experience is a plus but not required.
Our training programme combines orientation, product knowledge, lead generation practices, and skill building. You will be supported to succeed in the SDR role and can progress into sales or other departments such as management, marketing, DevOps, customer growth, QC, HR, or operations. Internal promotional growth rate exceeds 80%.
