Base pay range
Our client is a US PE backed innovative and very fast-growing international SaaS technology company. They have offices in the UK, France and Spain and also operate across Belgium and Germany.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be enrolled with our training partner Furza, on a three-month Furza Sales Academy Programme, providing you with excellent training to enable you to reach your full potential. Alongside this, Furza provide ongoing coaching, management and support to ensure you feel confident, capable and fulfilled in your role.

- £30,000 basic salary + OTE (£40k predicted)

Main Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of our client's value proposition and solutions
- Pro-actively reach out to customers to promote and educate them on the clients products and services
- Deliver value to your customers through consultative questioning and actively listening to understand their challenges and opportunities, before recommending solutions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the clients customers
- Collaborate with team members and share knowledge
- Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with your customers to drive new business opportunities
- Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record activity
