Salary: up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Role

As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will manage enquiries and bookings across accommodation, experiences, and corporate use, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. You'll combine customer service, sales coordination, and administration, making this role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation and follow up
• Build strong relationships with prospective guests and clients
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and booking confirmations
• Maintain up‑to‑date records using CRM and booking systems
• Upsell additional services and experiences where appropriate
• Support viewings, visits, and sales activity as required
• Produce regular reports and maintain accurate sales data
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Provide general administrative support to management and the wider team

About You

• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and priorities
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service, bookings, hospitality, or sales is a bonus but not essential
• Confident using IT systems, including booking platforms and standard office software
