This role will be joining our Northampton store, 24 hours per week (Monday - Sunday).

About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant at Mattressman, you will be responsible for providing our customers with an informed, professional, and ethical experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer care, managing and resolving queries quickly and efficiently.

Store Presentation: Ensuring the store is clean, presentable, and stocked to the required standards at all times.

Sales: Developing and maintaining both new and existing customer relationships through ethical sales methods and outstanding service.

Telesales: Seamlessly handling telesales calls in addition to assisting in‑store customers.

Teamwork: Working flexibly and collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Cash Handling: Carrying out daily cash handling routines with accuracy and integrity.

Compliance: Adhering to data protection policies and updating POS and pricing changes as guided by management.
