Full Time Position: Sales Consultant, Pewsey or Marlborough (trainee or experienced)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturdays on a rota basis (day off in lieu)

Responsibilities in this role are:
• Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Meeting with clients visiting the office
• Responding to enquiries via e-mail
• Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial & legal services leads, viewings and customer reviews
• Carrying out viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Management of outstanding viewings in terms of viewing follow-up/feedback and confirmation
• Booking of valuations and viewings
• All general administration duties, telephone answering, managing incoming and outgoing email enquiries, printing brochures, photocopying etc.
