Responsibilities
  • Actively approach clients and assist them in identifying requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range.
  • Greet clients upon entry to the showroom.
  • Recommend suitable product ranges per client specifications (dimensions, budget).
  • Provide detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
  • Answer telephones and handle client queries.
  • Follow the agreed sales process and commercial focus to deliver store sales in line with targets.
  • Actively sell and promote the company’s products at all times and excel in delivering and growing the brand in the local market.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent people skills and clear, positive communication with good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Smart personal appearance.
  • Relevant experience with face‑to‑face customer sales in a similar environment or possessing the underlying traits to fulfil this role.
