Responsibilities
  • Actively approach clients and assist them in identifying requirements.
  • Recommend suitable product ranges to the client as per their specification (dimensions, budget).
  • Provide the clients with detailed and accurate quotations within agreed time‑scales.
  • Answer telephone calls and deal with any client queries.
  • Follow the agreed sales process.
Commercial Focus
  • Deliver store sales in line with targets.
  • Actively sell and promote the company’s products at all times.
  • Excel at delivering and growing the brand in the store’s local marketplace.
