FTS Group is a recruitment and logistics company that works across the UK, from Glasgow to Exeter and everywhere in between. For over 20 years we have provided driving and industrial recruitment agency services to global supply chains and SMEs, as well as haulage, warehousing and distribution services from our Head Office Distribution Centre. As a Sales Consultant you’ll be a key figure, the face of our service offering to prospective clients, responsible for generating new business and growing the client base. You’ll be working with the Branch Manager and Commercial Manager to devise and implement sales strategies that achieve revenue targets, and onboard accounts that will then be serviced by the Branch Team.

Now is a great time to join the company, you’ll be working with a growing team and over time you’ll have the opportunity to step up to management level, work across newly opened branches across the UK, and assist in developing new generations of staff and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and grow your branch client base.
  • Learn and understand driving and industrial recruitment market practices.
  • Strategic networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to showcase our services.
  • Liaise with the Branch Manager and Commercial Manager for success.
Salary and Benefits
  • The base salary for this position is negotiable subject to experience. We provide a generous uncapped commission scheme that opens the opportunity to quickly and realistically earn £40,000.00+ per annum OTE in your first 12 months.
