We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in Aston, Birmingham. We are now looking for an energetic, persuasive and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Aston, Birmingham.

You’ll play a key part in growing our member base – introducing manufacturers across the Midlands to the benefits of Make UK membership and services. You’ll learn about our full range of products and solutions, build relationships with potential and existing clients, and help them find the right support for their business.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Reaching out to companies in the manufacturing sector and promoting Make UK’s membership & key subscription products and services
  • Getting to know our services inside and out, from consultancy to training
  • Thinking creatively about how to tailor our offer to each client
  • Using email, phone, and video to connect with new and existing members (plus occasional travel)
  • Building long-term relationships and spotting opportunities for upselling
  • Exploring new sectors and finding fresh leads
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience
  • Managing your own sales plan and achieving KPIs and targets
