A leading global corporate insurance firm is seeking a Sales Associate to provide high-quality service to private clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met. You will manage client relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has experience in the Private Client sector and strong negotiation skills. As part of the wider GB Retail team Private Clients look after the personal insurance needs of both mid net-worth and high net worth individuals. These include the decision makers of our corporate clients, numerous members of the Sunday Times ‘Rich List’ and a host of familiar public names. Our service is of the highest and most confidential nature.
We are looking for a Sales associate to join our team. You will have an excellent client focus and a proven track record for delivering the highest levels of direct client service, with the ability to analyze situations and provide optimum solutions for clients. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the Private Client sector.
The RoleReporting to the Head of Sales and Strategy and working as part of an established team of Sales Associates, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality service and cover to new Willis clients. You will manage and develop existing client and insurer relationships for the good of the business, providing the appropriate advice and subject matter expertise required to deliver a class-leading service and ensure that we have the right insurances in place to fulfil our clients’ demands and needs.
