Sales Associate

The Sales Associate role at ALO focuses on delivering a genuine, organic experience of excellence for every guest. Key Job Responsibilities
  • Impact the business and store environment positively, aligning with store leadership and company goals.
  • Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment.
  • Build daily client relationships and maintain a strong client base.
  • Analyze reports in partnership with leadership to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans and highlighting growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective sales‑floor coverage through workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives as needed.
  • Educate guests on product, community, and culture; embody the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café).
  • Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals.
  • Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process shipments, visual merchandising, and replenishment to ensure product flow.
  • Execute front and back‑of‑house procedures following company policy.
  • Assist other areas (Sales, Cashier) as needed.
Sales Associate Qualifications
  • Preferred prior work experience in a client‑centric, sales environment.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Self‑motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as part of a team.
  • Build genuine connections with empathy, compassion, integrity, and trust.
  • Alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and stand for an entire shift.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK.
Sales Associate Schedule

The Sales Associate spends 100 % of the work week on the sales floor. A flexible schedule—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—is required. Full‑time is expected for the Thanksgiving week (including “Black Friday”), the following weekend, and the first week of January.
