A leading paints manufacturer in Scotland is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to enhance customer experiences. The role requires strong communication skills and customer service experience, alongside handling deliveries. Part time – 30 hours per week

You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with in‑store colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. We will look to you to use your people skills to help maximize the sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store. You will carry out customer deliveries to homes and businesses too.
This is a part‑time 30‑hour per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7 am and 5 pm Mon‑Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8 am to 12 pm) on a rotational basis, with time off in lieu.
