Founded in 2016, the French leather goods brand Polène stands out for its exceptional artisanal craftsmanship, creating timeless pieces with organic designs directly inspired by nature.

In a context of strong growth and international expansion, we are structuring our operations in 2025 and surrounding ourselves with top talent to develop deep expertise at every level of our organization. Our distinctly artistic positioning supports the elevation of our handbag and jewelry collections, backed by 800 artisans in our workshops located in Ubrique, Spain.

The Polène story can be written with you: join us in store and contribute to this adventure at the heart of our flagship, where a passionate team works to offer an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Creating the Polène Experience — Adopt the right approach to actively impact the conversion rate, ensuring every new visitor feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return.
  • Cash Management & Additional Tasks — Handle opening and closing of registers and process transactions.
  • Boutique Opening and Closing — Prepare the boutique before opening: activate lighting, equipment, music, verify merchandising, and restock shopping bags. Close the boutique after closing time: initiate telecollects, secure registers, send reports, deactivate lighting and equipment, adjust merchandising based on stock, organize materials, and turn off music.
Qualifications
  • Strong sensitivity to our products, craftsmanship, and leather artistry, with the ability to passionately share this with customers.
  • Easy integration into a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive spirit.
  • A friendly demeanor with natural relational ease, consistently taking the initiative to create and drive meaningful interactions with our discerning clientele.
  • A sharp service orientation, coupled with rigor, proactivity, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Autonomy, adaptability, and resilience to manage high boutique traffic effectively.

If you are passionate about luxury leather goods and delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply and join our dynamic team at Polène!

Note: Polène is committed to ensuring inclusive recruitment processes and to selecting and promoting each candidate in an ethical and fair manner.
