The roles key objectives are:

• Sales & Promotion:Actively promote and sell membership packages, following guidance from management. Maximise new business conversion and cross up-selling opportunities.
• Customer Care:Deliver a high standard of customer care, including regular meetings with existing members to ensure service quality.
• Marketing & Outreach:Assist in promoting the centre, its services, and facilities, including local outreach initiatives.
• Administration:Handle all membership enquiries and bookings.
• General Duties:Undertake other assigned tasks as reasonably required

• Communication Skills:Excellent communication in both written and spoken , with a professional telephone and interpersonal manner.
• Work Ethic:Ability to use initiative, follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work with flexibility. Must be punctual.
• Core Knowledge:A good understanding of customer care and awareness of workplace health and safety, equality, and diversity.
