This role plays a key part in keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll be the link between customers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure every order arrives exactly as it should.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinating collections with couriers and ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Managing and processing returns promptly and professionally.
  • Chasing late deliveries and keeping customers updated.
  • Working closely with internal departments to resolve any issues quickly.
