Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to a team of social workers.
• Develop and establish the organisation’s approach to safeguarding adults.
• Coordinate the dissemination of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Advise on the training needs of the organisation.
• Manage cases of poor practice and abuse reported to the organisation.
• Represent the organisation at external meetings related to safeguarding.
