Position

Roving Works Operative

Salary

Up to £33,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Location

Nationally based, Travel & Overnight stays required most weeks

Your Role

• You will be responsible for carrying out small building works and general maintenance tasks as directed by your line manager and head of property services.
• These works will include wet room refurbishments, kitchen fitting, fire door installations, plastering, decorating, and general plumbing.
• The roll is national and will require you to generally be away from home four nights a week. Hotel accommodation is provided along with a £20.00 evening meal allowance and a cooked breakfast.
• You will generally be working alone, although some projects will require you to work along side another works team member.
• Full driving license essential as vehicle supplied.
