CANDIDATE PROFILE

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Saab Seaeye ROV systems during offshore IRM and survey campaigns.

• Conduct visual and NDT inspections on subsea structures, pipelines, and assets.
• Support ROV launch, recovery, and maintenance operations.
• Perform pre‑and post‑dive checks, record operational data, and prepare inspection.
• Assist with tooling configuration, calibration, and sensor integration for inspection scopes.
• Work closely with inspection engineers, supervisors, and client representatives to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain strict HSE compliance throughout all offshore activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ROV Pilot/Technician in IRM or construction projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Saab Seaeye systems (Falcon or Tiger models preferred).
• Sound knowledge of subsea inspection methods, ROV control systems, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Valid offshore certifications: BOSIET/FOET with CA‑EBS, OGUK or equivalent medical, and other relevant qualifications.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and offshore adaptability skills.
• Eligible to work as a freelance contractor in Europe.

Other

• Previous work experience in North Sea or Baltic Sea projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital inspection reporting systems preferred.
• Availability for short‑notice mobilisation will be an advantage.
