This is a new opportunity to join our newly established SLT rotation at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. You’ll manage your own caseload, delivering evidence-based SLT to children and young people (0–19) with speech, language, and communication needs. Working across special schools, mainstream schools, and nurseries, you’ll adapt interventions to suit individual needs—from AAC and sensory strategies to early language and inclusive communication.
You’ll also rotate into adult services, supporting clients with communication and/or dysphagia needs. Duties include assessment, care planning, report writing, MDT collaboration, and SEND contributions.
You’ll supervise assistants and students, support service development, and contribute to training and audit.
