A leading independent healthcare provider in the UK seeks a part-time Rota Administrator. You will ensure accurate clinical and operational rotas, contributing to patient care across the Warwickshire OOH Service. Our Warwickshire OOH Service is a vital part of our urgent care network, offering clinical triage and support to patients across the region.
We’re looking for a part‑time Rota Administrator to join our team. You’ll be central to our operations, ensuring clinical and operational rotas are accurate, responsive, and well‑communicated. Working closely with clinicians, staff and managers, you’ll help maintain service continuity and support our commitment to patient care.
This is a part‑time position offering 15 hours per week. The exact working pattern can be discussed at interview. We will be looking to interview for this role on Weds 7th & Weds 14th Jan 2026.
As Rota Administrator, you’ll manage clinical and operational schedules for our Warwickshire OOH service. Your role ensures clinicians are in the right place at the right time, supporting safe and efficient care delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
You’ll work in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly. Accuracy, flexibility, and strong communication are essential. Occasional out-of-hours support may be required during peak times. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and encouraged to contribute ideas for improvement.
We’re seeking someone organised, reliable, and proactive. You’ll need to manage complex schedules with precision and communicate confidently across teams.
