• 6-12 months post-registration experience including completion of a preceptorship programme.
• Sound knowledge of NMC guidelines, requirements, and professional standards.
• Minimum of six months working within a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities care environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
• Assess, plan and deliver nursing care with the patient and their family.
• Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
• Engage with patients to assess their needs and evaluate their progress.
