A family-oriented food and facilities management company in Belfast is looking for a supervisor to ensure staff training and performance, coordinate cleaning schedules, and interface with clients. Candidates should have experience in the cleaning industry at a supervisory level, strong communication skills, and financial acumen. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day‑to‑day basis.
